Get ready to race the St Michaels 5K, 10K or 13.1!
Are you ready to race a 5K, 10K, or 1/2 Marathon in St. Michaels?
Join our newest 5K, 10K or half marathon training program and we will get you ready for this May race in St. Michaels, Maryland. No matter your pace or experience level, if your next goal is to race a half marathon, or to hold yourself accountable to a distance running routine this fall, there is a place in our groups for you! Our programs are open to everyone from the runner attempting their first endurance event to the repeat competitive runner. Training can be individualized to your experience and goals. The program will prepare to race your best - whether you're new to long distance running or a seasoned half marathoner. Please note that you don’t have to run a race to join this training group.
Our groups meet twice a week - once a week for speed workouts and once a week for long runs. Your expert coach will also provide you with a weekly training plan that will guide your preparation for your target half marathon. Along the way you'll learn about about increasing your mileage, tempo runs, track workouts, hill workouts, recovery runs, nutrition, hydration, injury prevention, and much more.

Half Marathon Training starts Saturday, February 12th
Whether it’s your first or 100th marathon, committing to your training will ensure you are ready for 13.1 miles.
10K Training starts Saturday, March 19th
8 weeks of speed workouts, hills, long runs and motivation!
5K Training starts Saturday, April 2nd
Join a 5K running group in Annapolis, Baltimore, Bel Air, Columbia, Frederick or Timonium.
Plus, walking groups available in Columbia, Frederick and Timonium!
